14th Century Lion Footstool |
 Bobbie made this pattern from photos of textile pieces dating back to the 1300’s.
It is a very versatile choice and works in every home from a castle to a modern day contemporary. This is a companion pattern to the Knot Footstool below.
The colors are red, gold, black, ecru, green and blue. This pattern also makes for a great chair seat, pillow, floor pillow or, on a larger count silk gauze, this would be a beautiful game table-top. |

16th Century Knot Footstool |
 Again, Bobbie created this pattern from photos of ancient textiles. It is a very versatile choice and works in every home from a castle to a modern day contemporary.
This is also suitable, perhaps on a different count, for a pillow, chair seat, game table-top or floor pillow. Bobbie originally worked this pattern and it’s companion above on 60 count for a Pierre Wallack Tudor chair and foot rest. The colors are the same, red, blue, gold, ecru and green. |
