Parrot Pillow |
 This pattern was inspired by a Victorian pin that a friend of Bobbie has. Bobbie always liked it because she liked animals and vibrant colors. This certainly qualifies!
The parrot’s colors are primarily greens, reds, yellows and blues with touches of turquoise, ecru and browns. Kit background supplied is black but I’ve also worked it with an off-white ground which seems less formal.
A stunning pattern for a picture too if worked on 40 count (size then would be 1.5" wide by 1.4" high) and you could add some borders of the parrot’s colors. |
